ViewsForKids: Our Pool

This is a story of a child on an everyday adventure to their community pool. It could spark interest for kids who haven't had access to pools in their area.

The illustrations are fun and childlike, with a burst of colour. With lines on body positivity, it normalises people of all different shapes and skin tones enjoying the pool - which I love. Elements of pool safety is mentioned but does not dominate.

It was easy reading for me, being an adult, but I worry the target audience (children) may lose attention given its relaxing nature.
