InHouse as New Smooch Kitten Publisher

Hi!

It’s been a while between posts, so a lot has changed regarding my children’s book, Smooch Kitten. I am no longer using the self-publishing program IngramSpark for my book. Their print quality was…. Not so good… Dark, blurry and with lines on the pages among other problems.

Now I’m paying Brisbane-based service InHouse Publishing to format and print Smooch Kitten. The quality of their printing is flawless. I toured their printing facility last Tuesday and it seems very clean and professional, as does the staff.

The expectation is that Smooch Kitten will be ready in only 3 weeks’ time! Get geared up for some a cute story and adorable cat pictures! The book is for kids new to reading from ages two to five. It uses rhyming and repetition for their enjoyment. Prepare yourself to buy it for the young ones in your life for Christmas.

I plan to do readings of Smooch Kitten in Brisbane City Council libraries. However, this has not been organised, so stay tuned. I’m hoping to sell Smooch Kitten copies at these events too.
