Hi. I'm Lauren Sims, and I'm an artist and author based in Brisbane, QLD, Australia.

From early 2019, I have displayed my artworks on my Facebook and Instagram pages, 'Lauren Sims Art', and 'laurensimsart', respectively. I then expanded to this blog site in 2021. In 2022, I published the first of a series of picture books, called Smooch Kitten, which can now be ordered online from the InHouse Publishing online bookstore.

Having suffered extensively from mental health issues, I have entered the Richmond Fellowship Queensland's exhibition for several years in a row. In 2023, I sold my highest price artwork to date at $250AUD.

As of Jan, 2024, I have made the resolution to change the style of my kid's and adult's blogs, now named ViewsForKids and TuesReviews, respectively. The former reviews childrens book for adults to decide what books may be good for their kids and the latter is mature book reviews.
